We decided to make the best of it, and so we made snow ice cream for our Family Home Evening treat! 

The recipe is so simple, and it is all ready to eat in less than a minute.  Brett and I were pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was, and the kids gobbled it up and begged for seconds and thirds.  

Snow Ice Cream 

Big clean bowl, filled with snow (about a gallon)

Can of sweetened condensed milk

splash of vanilla 

- Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk and the vanilla into the bowl of snow

- Stir around until it is all incorporated

- Serve and enjoy!
