I love hot rollers. I have for years and years.
They are super easy to use, and will give hair volume and soft curl in a matter of minutes.
Lately, I've had several people ask me how I do them. So I made this little video, so anyone can see my short little process and how easy it is.
This is the first video I have ever made, so I'm embarrassed! The lighting is bad, I look awkward, and it was my first time trying to edit and compile a little video. But, I hope it helps someone. Because using hot rollers is amazing! I love that once they're in my hair, I can multitask and get other things done.
In the video, I use a really old set of rollers that I love. But I have this set also, and they work great. And for less than $15, they are a total steal! Not to mention that they're intended for traveling, so they are compact. It is a small set, but I still only need one set to do my whole head of hair. I will use them exclusively once my old set dies. They are also the same style of roller and holder as my set in the video. I would stay away from the velvet hot rollers, I have not had good experiences with those. Happy hair-doing!
